Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the SABIGO app or website (sabigo.ng), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2

Services

SABIGO connects Passengers with verified Keke Napep and Okada Riders and Fleet Owners across Nigeria. We provide a technology platform for booking, tracking and paying for rides safely.

3

User Roles

SABIGO has three user roles — Passenger, Rider/Driver, and Fleet Owner. Each role has different responsibilities. Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination details. Riders are responsible for safe driving and valid documentation. Fleet Owners are responsible for the vehicles they register and the operators they assign.

4

Payments

All fares are processed via in-app wallet or cash payment. SABIGO deducts a platform commission from each completed ride. All payment records are stored and available in your trip history. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5

Safety

All Riders must have a valid rider's licence and up-to-date vehicle documentation. Riders must pass NIN verification and face verification before activation. Passengers ride at their own risk and are advised to use the in-app SOS button in emergencies. SABIGO provides safety features including live trip sharing and emergency contacts.

6

Limitation of Liability

SABIGO is a technology platform, not a transport company. We facilitate connections between independent Riders and Passengers. SABIGO is not liable for the actions, conduct, or negligence of Riders or Passengers during or after a trip.

7

Account Termination

SABIGO reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be involved in fraud, identity theft, abuse, safety violations, or any activity that violates these terms or Nigerian law.

8

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of SABIGO shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
